Sakar built his foundation in data analysis, data migration, and SQL Server optimization — the kind of work that rewards precision and structure. That same structured, data-informed approach now shapes how he coordinates projects at Aqore Staffing Software: aligning stakeholders, keeping cross-functional teams on schedule, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs.
Outside his day role, he works as a freelance Cybersecurity Analyst — developing security policies, running risk assessments, and delivering security-awareness training. He's also mentored teams within an international NGO, and holds an AWS Machine Learning scholarship and a Secure & Private AI scholarship.
